researcher was being "handled" -- telling her "...that his report was flawed and that there would be no final report." that report was written miguel del toral, the e-p-a researcher who tested the water in walter's home in early 2015. the resulting memo was leaked in june, showing the water in her home was more than twice the level of hazardous waste. the epa sat on this memo for months, and now we're learning through walters' testimony that the state tried to suppress it too.
